This is a draft policy published for transparency during our pre-launch period and is pending legal review.
Aether Wealth works because it reads your trading data: your charts, your journal, your trades. That only works if you trust how we handle it. This policy explains, in plain English, what we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do.
Who we are
Aether Wealth is a trading software company based in Bengaluru, India. We operate the marketing site at aetherwealth.ai and the trading application at app.aetherwealth.ai. This policy covers both.

What we collect
Account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and avatar. That is what we use to create and identify your account. We do not ask Google for anything else.
Trading and journal data. The trades you log or import, the notes you write, the alerts you set, and the instruments you watch. This is the core of the product and it exists so the product can work for you.
Usage analytics. Which features you use and how often, so we know what to fix and what to build next.
Server logs. Standard technical logs including your IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. We use these to keep the service running, debug problems, and protect against abuse.
How we use your data
To operate the product: render your charts, store your journal, evaluate your alerts, and show you your own P&L.
To ground Aether Intelligence. When you ask the AI a question, it reads your trades, positions, and journal at answer time so its answers are about your trading, not generic market commentary.
To send transactional email: alert notifications, account messages, and service updates you have asked for. We do not run marketing email campaigns against your trading activity.
What we never do
We never sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
We never share your trading data with third parties, with one narrow exception: the infrastructure processors that run the service on our behalf: hosting, managed database, email delivery, and AI model inference providers. They process your data only to provide their service to us, under their own confidentiality obligations, and have no right to use it for anything else.
AI and your data
Your journal and trade data are not used to train shared or foundation models. AI features read your data at answer time only. When you ask a question, the relevant slice of your data is sent to the model to produce that answer, and that is the end of it.
In short: the AI learns how you trade by reading your data when you ask, not by baking it into a model that anyone else benefits from.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, because the product is your trading history.
You can export your journal and trade data at any time. If you want your account and data deleted, email support@aetherwealth.ai and we will delete them, minus anything we are legally required to retain (such as basic server logs kept for a limited period).
Cookies and local storage
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and browser localStorage to remember preferences like your theme. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can access the data we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, export your trading and journal data, and request deletion of your account. Email support@aetherwealth.ai for any of these; we handle them manually during pre-launch and aim to respond quickly.
Jurisdiction
Aether Wealth is operated from India and this policy is governed by Indian law. If you use the service from elsewhere, you may have additional rights under your local law. Email us and we will work with you.
