Who we are

Aether Wealth Advisors Pvt Ltd operates Aether Wealth from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This policy covers our website, app, public API, SDK, CLI, and MCP server.

What we collect

Account data. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we also receive the profile name, email address, and avatar you authorize Google to share.

Trading and journal data. The trades you log or import, the notes you write, the alerts you set, and the instruments you watch. This is the core of the product and it exists so the product can work for you.

Access data. We process OAuth grants, API-key identifiers, and request records so the app, API, SDK, CLI, and MCP server can act with your account permissions.

Broker data. If you connect a supported broker, we process account details, balances, positions, trade instructions, approval status, execution results, and the provider access token needed to connect your account. The token is encrypted at rest and cleared from the active connection record when you disconnect.

Usage analytics. Which features you use and how often, so we know what to fix and what to build next.

Server logs. Standard technical logs including your IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. We use these to keep the service running, debug problems, and protect against abuse.

How we use your data

To operate the product: render your charts, store your journal, evaluate your alerts, and show you your own P&L.

To ground Aether Intelligence. When you ask the AI a question, it reads your trades, positions, and journal at answer time so its answers are about your trading, not generic market commentary.

To connect to your selected broker and submit supported forex and crypto trade instructions according to your approval settings.

To send transactional email: alert notifications, account messages, and service updates you have asked for. We do not run marketing email campaigns against your trading activity.

When we share data

We never sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.

We share data only as needed to operate Aether Wealth: with infrastructure providers that host the service, with AI providers that answer your requests, and with your connected broker or broker-integration provider when you request account data or submit an instruction.

When you use Aether Wealth through a third-party MCP client or an AI provider you selected, that provider receives the data needed to answer your request. Its own terms and privacy practices also apply.

AI and your data

We do not use your journal or trade data to train shared or foundation models. When you ask an AI question, the relevant data is sent to the model provider to produce the answer.

In short: the AI learns how you trade by reading your data when you ask, not by baking it into a model that anyone else benefits from.

Security

We use authentication and access controls, encrypt network traffic in transit, and encrypt connected-broker access tokens at rest. No system is perfectly secure; report a suspected security or privacy issue to us immediately.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, because the product is your trading history.

You can export your journal and trade data at any time. If you want your account and data deleted, email infra@aetherwealth.ai and we will delete them, minus anything we are legally required to retain (such as basic server logs kept for a limited period).

Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and browser localStorage to remember preferences like your theme. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can access the data we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, export your trading and journal data, and request deletion of your account. Email infra@aetherwealth.ai for any of these; we handle them manually during pre-launch and respond within 30 days.

You can also withdraw consent or raise a privacy grievance at infra@aetherwealth.ai. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed, but features that need the data may stop working. Once the relevant complaint process under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act becomes applicable, you may also use its notified Data Protection Board process.

Jurisdiction

Aether Wealth Advisors Pvt Ltd operates Aether Wealth from India, and this policy is governed by Indian law. If you use the service from elsewhere, you may have additional rights under your local law.
