Acceptance of these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Aether Wealth Advisors Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or using Aether Wealth, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Aether Wealth is pre-launch software that includes charting, a trading journal, alerts, AI features, public developer tools, and optional connections to supported third-party brokers. It is provided as-is and free of charge during the pre-launch period.

Because we are pre-launch, features may change, be redesigned, or be removed as we build. We will be straightforward about meaningful changes, but you should expect the product to evolve.

Aether Wealth provides software and does not act as your broker, custodian, investment adviser, or fiduciary. We do not hold your funds or assets. When you connect a supported broker, Aether Wealth can transmit your trade instructions to that broker.

Nothing in the product, including charts, indicators, alerts, journal statistics, and anything Aether Intelligence says, is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. AI output is generated from your data and market context to help you think; it can be wrong, and it is never a signal.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions, and you should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms to use the service.

Broker connections and trade execution

Broker execution is currently limited to supported forex and crypto instruments. Your broker, not Aether Wealth, accepts, rejects, and fills orders and holds your account and assets.

Orders follow the approval mode you select. Some modes require a one-time code or app approval; automatic mode may permit an order without separate approval for each trade. You are responsible for your settings and for instructions submitted through your account.

Use broker execution only with brokers and instruments that are lawful in your jurisdiction. If you are resident in India, undertake forex transactions only with an RBI-authorised person and, for electronic transactions, only on an RBI-authorised electronic trading platform or a recognised stock exchange, and only for purposes permitted under FEMA.

Orders may be delayed, rejected, partially filled, filled at a different price, or fail because of market conditions, broker rules, connectivity, or service outages. Review your broker account before relying on an order status shown by Aether Wealth.

Your account and acceptable use

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may use documented SDK, CLI, API, and MCP automation. Do not scrape, overload, probe, disrupt, bypass security or approval controls, or use the service to harm other users. Automated abuse may result in suspension.

Your content

You own your journal and trade data. Full stop.

You grant us a license to store, process, and display that data only as needed to operate the service for you: rendering your charts, computing your statistics, grounding AI answers in your trading. We claim no other rights to it, and our Privacy Policy describes how we protect it.

Availability

During pre-launch we make no uptime guarantees. We may take the service down for maintenance, sometimes without notice. We care about reliability, and your alerts matter, but we are not yet promising service levels we cannot guarantee.

Intellectual property

The Aether Wealth software, design, brand, and content (excluding your data) belong to Aether Wealth Advisors Pvt Ltd and its licensors. The SDK is provided under its MIT license. The CLI and MCP server are provided under the license included with each package.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; verify anything you trade on.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, Aether Wealth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, which is zero during the free pre-launch period.

Termination

You can stop using Aether Wealth and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. If we discontinue the service during pre-launch, we will give you a reasonable window to export your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves, especially as we move from pre-launch to launch. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you in the product or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
